What is the delivery time for my order?
Shipping is only available in the 50 states and District of Columbia for which the average delivery time from the TIME OF PAY is up to 5 Business days.
Samshék guarantees the delivery time except in situations, events or circumstances, outside of our control (the customer is not available, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in the delivery information, legal procedures).
Currently, all orders are having a promotional discount on shipping. Therefore, standard shipping is completely free. (5 Business Days from the time of payment)
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, all online purchases require an adult’s signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to sender.
How can I reorganize the delivery of my order?
If you already know that you will not be at home when the shipping company plans to deliver your parcel or if you were not at home when the shipping company tried to deliver your parcel, please directly contact the local office of the shipping or contact us email@example.com. Our team works hard and tries to reply all requests within 24 hours.
My order is missing an item, what should I do?
Please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account
- Go to your order history.
- Request for customer help
- We will contact you within the next 24 hours
- After verifying your case, we will place a new order
The following conditions apply for resends:
- The support ticket must be opened within 30 days after receiving the order
- If an accessory is missing, we will pay for the shipping costs
