What is your return policy?

In case of the garment received has some issues with the fabric Samshék will give a 50% refund and 50% credit for the full purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition with clothing tag and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Samshék reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

In case of size issue, customer can return the garment within 10 days, resized garment will be given back without any extra cost.

How many days do I have to return a product?

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery.

How do I return/exchange an item?

An email has to be sent at customercare@samshek.com with the return/exchange details and the issue with garment. Within 7 working days Samshék will arrange a reverse pick up from the customer. In case of exchange or size rectification, garment will be delivered back to the customer within 15 days from the date of exchange request.

To return any purchased merchandise please use the free return label provided with each shipment.

Samshék cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Refund credits will be processed within 72 hours of the date received of returned merchandise by Samshék. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.
